The new iPad mini was recently unveiled. Its time to check its features!

Hardware - System chip: Apple A5 chip
                
                   Dual core 1000 MHz, ARM Cortex-A9

                   Graphics processor: PowerVR SGX543MP2

                   System memory: 512 MB RAM

                   Storage Capacity models: 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB




Camera - 5 megapixels with back-illuminated sensor, Auto focus, Touch to focus, Geo tagging and Digital image stabilization

               Front facing camera with 1.2 megapixels

               1920x1080 (1080p HD) (30 fps) video with Video calling and Digital image stabilization

The new iPad mini also features phone features and LTE. It will be available in November 2012 and the start sprice will be $ 329 for the Apple iPad mini Wi-Fi 16GB. This first model of the iPad mini is scheduled to be released on the November 2nd.

A New York Times report on Friday stated that Apple's new software based iOS Mapps app and its corresponding service is another mark of the company's lack of focus in giving reliable internet-based services to the users, and also reveals that the original iPhone wasn't planned to have mapping software until mere weeks before its debut.
